- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 7 years of experience in compliance, policy, risk management,
investigation, auditing, legal, or consulting.Preferred
Qualifications:
- Advanced degree in Law, Business, Privacy, Compliance, or a
related field.
- Experience in compliance program management principles, risk
assessment methodologies, and internal control frameworks.
- Ability to influence decision-making at all levels, including
executive leadership.
- Strong analytical skills to bring structure and clarity to
ambiguous situations, analyze fragmented information, and develop
balanced recommendations and solutions.
- Familiarity with industry-accepted privacy compliance policies
and frameworks.
- Effective collaboration with cross-functional teams, including
external stakeholders.About the jobThis role involves leading and
executing privacy compliance programs across various product areas
to ensure consistency and efficiency. You will coordinate
cross-functional teams, advocate for the programs, and communicate
their impact to executive stakeholders.Salary RangeThe US base
salary range for this full-time position is $131,000-$192,000 plus
bonus, equity, and benefits. Salary determination considers role,
level, location, skills, experience, and education. Specific salary
details for your location will be shared during the hiring
process.Responsibilities
- Plan and execute comprehensive privacy compliance programs
across multiple product areas.
- Lead cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful
implementation of compliance initiatives.
- Communicate program status and impact to stakeholders
effectively.
- Enhance awareness of privacy requirements and translate
insights into actionable strategies.
- Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation plans for
