Job Description Job Description Job Summary: Bay-CSS is seeking a Part-Time Residential Direct Support Professional (DSP) to work 1:1 Monday - Friday from 4pm to 9pm in Waldorf, MD. The ideal candidate will provide support and care for residents, assist with daily activities, medication management, and ensure their overall well-being. A valid driver's license with reliable transportation and car insurance is required for this role. Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent required - Previous experience in a similar role preferred - Compassionate and patient demeanor - Ability to lift 50lbs. - Ability to pass a background check Responsibilities: - Assist residents with daily activities, meal preparation, personal hygiene, and recreational activities - Administer medications according to prescribed schedules and document accurately - Monitor and report changes in residents' health or behavior to the appropriate supervisor - Ensure a safe and clean living environment for residents - Collaborate with healthcare professionals and staff to provide comprehensive care Benefits: - Pay is $21/hr - Professional training and development opportunities - Opportunity to make a positive impact on individuals' lives within a supportive team environment.
