You will work closely with emergency, inpatient, and outpatient teams to maintain efficient and safe patient flow. In your role as the Administrative Supervisor , you will oversee staffing, admissions, and represent leadership in the absence of others. Qualifications We Seek: Active RN License in Missouri 3–5 years of experience in a hospital setting Preferred leadership experience (Charge Nurse, Clinical Lead, Supervisor) BLS & ACLS certification required prior to orientation Ready to Make a Difference?
