Global Operations Team and the Role We work on initiatives to
promote efficiency, mitigate risks, and cultivate the
infrastructure needed for a growing organization. We work
collaboratively across teams throughout the organization to build
resilience, increase scalability, and develop the processes that
enable the growth of Evidence Action’s impact. As a team we are

Associate, Global Operations you will report to our Manager, Global
Operations. In this multifaceted role, you will be blending project
management with strong written and oral communication, and lead the
hands-on coordination and implementation of many of our
initiatives. You might be a fit for this role if you can “zoom in”
by jumping directly into projects and tasks while being able to and
“zoom out” by investigating “how can we do this better?” Key
Responsibilities Travel Monitoring, Safety, and Security (35%) Run
daily reports on travel authorizations to enable travel process
workflows and approvals. Be the primary coordinator to ensure high
risk travel requirements are satisfied. Support incident report
data collection and maintenance. Training and Knowledge Management
(30%) Develop and refine learning content to increase the impact of
training. Be the primary administrator and first line of support of
our in-house learning management system. Maintain the
organizational Intranet to facilitate access to critical internal
information. Cross-Cutting Collaboration (35%) Network across the
matrix; proactively make connections across departments and
workstreams with a service orientation lens. Get creative on ad-hoc
departmental process improvement projects. Write briefs and
proposals based on industry insights. Lead annual data collection
and measurement of the Climate Action initiative to track emissions
footprint. Requirements You have at least a Bachelor’s Degree with
0-3 years of relevant work experience You embody a
customer-orientation to all interactions (even on internal issues)
You can analyze and present data to form narratives with easily
understood language You identify gaps and work with diverse teams
to problem solve You have experience managing or being a part of a
successful project team You collaborate with teammates across
departments ensuring adherence to organizational norms and policies
Location This role is required to be based out of our Washington,
DC office. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of a
U.S. employment visa at this time. Applicants must be legally
authorized to work in the U.S. for roles based in the U.S. Benefits
The expected role range for this US position is listed below. We
consider multiple factors when determining the base salary for a
role, including but not limited to: role scope, program budgets,
internal equity, and a candidate’s qualifications and/or prior
experience. Note: Pay and benefits will be commensurate with the
role specifications, local statutory requirements, and the cost of
labor in the markets where we operate. The expected pay range for
this full-time role is $50,200 - $56,000 per year. For US based
