We build high-performing conversion agents . Our Flex agents receive: -Consistent, high-quality Zillow live tour requests -Proven systems and support (ISA, admin, ops — we’ve got your back) -Clear standards, accountability, and structure -Training that sharpens conversion, presentations, and contract skills Experienced agents who follow the system routinely close 2–3 transactions per month within their first 90 days . This role is not for everyone . Flex agents must be responsive, professional, coachable, and able to convert opportunities quickly while following team systems and Zillow standards.
