Arundel, and Howard Counties) Assignment Type : Direct Hire
(Full-Time) Base Pay : $48000 – $50000 / Year (base salary)
Uncapped Commission : could add over 40k on top of base salary
within your first year! Work Schedule : Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM –
5:00 PM Hybrid Format: 1–2 days in office, 3 days in the field

our client, a growing home care services provider with a strong
presence in the Maryland market. Our client delivers non-medical,
in-home support services to seniors and families and is committed
to building long-term relationships through quality care, trust,
and consistency. Due to continued growth, they are expanding their
sales team to support increased demand across the region. Job
Description: This role focuses on expanding a designated territory
by developing referral partnerships and generating new home care
clients. The Sales Representative will work closely with community
partners, senior living organizations, and healthcare referral
sources to promote services and build a sustainable pipeline.
Success in this position is driven by relationship development and
consistent outreach rather than transactional sales. Key
Responsibilities: Build and maintain referral relationships with
senior living communities, assisted living facilities, and other
local partners Execute a structured outreach strategy using a
proven relationship-based sales methodology Conduct regular
in-person visits and follow-ups within the assigned territory Track
outreach activity and manage leads through organized planning and
follow-up Collaborate with internal administrative and care
coordination teams to support new client onboarding Grow and manage
a long-term book of business focused on recurring service needs
Qualifications: 1–2 years of experience in outside or
territory-based sales Background in healthcare, home care, or
related service industries preferred Strong relationship-building
and communication skills Self-motivated with a desire to grow a
long-term sales pipeline Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
Reliable transportation required for field-based work ?Additional
Details: Commission structure includes a percentage of weekly
client billing for the duration of active services Average earnings
per client can generate meaningful recurring commission over time
Mileage reimbursement available for travel within the territory
Occasional overtime may be available with supervisor approval
