As an Account Representative for Chris Greaver State Farm, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services throughout Maryland, Pennsylvania, Delaware and Virginia. RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide information about insurance products and services. Assist customers with policy applications and renewals. Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions. QUALIFICATIONS: Experience in customer service or sales preferred. Communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
