Anesthesiology - Permanent Role Bethlehem & Easton, PA | Up to
$600K | 2-Year Partnership Track Join a well-established,
physician-owned group in Pennsylvania's Lehigh Valley. This is a
full-time General Anesthesia position with a strong lifestyle
component and excellent earning potential. Key Details: - Main
sites: Bethlehem (Level 1 trauma) & Easton (L&D, 3000
deliveries/year) - 15 hospitals, 3 ASCs; ~80% of time at main sites
- Additional time at smaller community hospitals - Call: 1 in 8
(home call), 4 weekdays 6 - 7 weekends/year - Voluntary extra calls
= $70K - 80KCompensation & Benefits: - Total compensation: ~$600K,
with additional earning potential - 2-year partnership track with
equal-share model ($2,500 buy-in) - 100% employer-funded 401(k)
