The Investment Manager Services Division (IMS) at SEI is growing
rapidly and is seeking a new Sales Director for our Alternatives
Fund Administration platform. The Sales Director will focus on
selling our complete outsourcing services to investment managers in
the Alternative Investments space. This position will be
responsible for managing a sales process for our service offering,
developing a pipeline, managing client relationships and providing
input as to the future direction of our business in the this
market. What you will do: Execute on sales plan Identify, qualify
and pursue new business prospects Generate proposals and quotes
Work with internal and external counterparts to close sales Build
and maintain credible relationships with prospects, clients and
industry "Centers of Influence" Develop and maintain a working
knowledge of fund industry Develop and support sales presentation
and design Create and manage sales pipeline Analyze sales territory
and provide strategic plan Conduct competitor analysis Maintain
contact with all firms in database to uncover new opportunities
Participate in regular team sales meetings and training Maintain
and demonstrate understanding and knowledge of prospects business
needs and SEIs services and solutions Coordinate and manage the RFP
process Attend industry conferences, seminars and trade shows We

attending and participating in various IMS and corporate
professional development sessions, you will acquire the tools to
identify processes across the division and organization. You will

career What we need from you: BA / BS in Business, Accounting,
Finance, Economics, Mathematics. Alternative Investment Product
knowledge required. Minimum 10 years of experience in the Financial
Services industry. Knowledge of investment management compliance
matters. Experience in managing sales process from lead generation
to relationship management. Experience with Miller Heiman or
comparable strategic selling process a plus. Strong PowerPoint,
Excel, Word and Internet skills. Extensive travel is required. What

$100,000 to $200,000 per year. This position will also be eligible
to earn commissions based on sales each year, subject to company
