Sales Engineer to join our dynamic team.Position Overview: We are
looking for a Sales Engineer who will be responsible for driving
sales growth and expanding market share within the plastics
injection molding industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong
technical background in plastics engineering or a related field,
combined with excellent sales acumen and customer relationship
management skills.Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute
strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and maximize
profitability in the plastics injection molding market.Identify and
qualify new business opportunities through prospecting, networking,
and lead generation activities.Build and maintain strong
relationships with existing and prospective clients, understanding
their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their
requirements.Collaborate with internal teams, including
engineering, production, and customer service, to ensure seamless
project execution and customer satisfaction.Stay abreast of
industry trends, market developments, and competitive landscape to
inform sales strategies and product positioning.Prepare and deliver
technical presentations, proposals, and quotations to customers,
effectively communicating the value proposition of our products and
services.Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients,
ensuring terms are mutually beneficial and aligned with company
objectives.Monitor sales performance metrics, analyze data, and
generate reports to track progress towards goals and identify areas
for improvement. Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Engineering,
Plastics Technology, or a related field.Proven experience in
technical sales or business development within the plastics
injection molding industry, with a strong understanding of molding
processes and materials.Excellent communication, presentation, and
negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively convey
technical information to diverse audiences.Demonstrated ability to
build and maintain long-term client relationships, driving customer
loyalty and repeat business.Strong analytical and problem-solving
skills, with a results-oriented mindset and a proactive approach to
overcoming challenges.Self-motivated and goal-driven, with a
passion for driving sales growth and exceeding targets.Willingness
to travel as needed to meet with clients, attend industry events,
