Veritas Press is a Christian organization dedicated to providing the best classical Christian education materials and services anywhere.Description:In a winsome and diplomatic way contact families via phone and email to consult them on our products and offerings with the ultimate goal of obtaining an order. Responsibilities:KnowledgeAcquire and maintain knowledge of the company history, vision, mission, and values.Acquire and maintain product knowledge of all Veritas Press product offerings.Acquire and maintain knowledge of all Veritas Scholars Academy offerings and policies.SalesImprove sales of Veritas Press products and services through relationships with families.Record orders in Veritas Press order processing software.Document conversations and interactions in Veritas Press CRM software.Use appropriate knowledge to place students in the correct Veritas Press product or service.Follow up with converted leads to ensure satisfaction.Follow up with leads provided by Veritas within 4 business hours.Generate 5 leads per week through your own contacts, relationships, and research.Encourage additional products for sale based on the selections the family has made.ConferencesAttend Company trade shows as needed.GoalsAchieve an annual Sales Target of $150,000 (Based on 40 hours per Week)Maintain or exceed an annual Lead to Sale conversion rate of 10% (10:1)Maintain or exceed an annual Lead to Quote conversion rate of 30% (10:3)Maintain or exceed an annual Quote to Close conversion rate of 25% (4:1)Skills and Qualifications:Being conversant with and supportive of the Reformed Faith and Classical Education from a Christian worldview is preferred.Familiarity with Home Education and the market perferred.At least 3+ years of sales experience is preferred.Able to communicate effectively via phone and email.Work diligently day to day under direct supervision.Willing to learn constantly about the company's products and services.Detail orientedExperience in order processing and CRM systemsPhysical Demands:Standing, walking and sitting for long periods of timeExtensive typing on QWERTY style keyboardExtensive viewing of lighted computer monitorSpeaking and HearingReaching and bendingLifting up to 25 lbsUsing hands to perform tasksWorking in standard office conditions with and near electronicsEducation:High school diploma required.Bachelor's degree is preferred.Salary and Benefits:Competitive base & commission structure.Benefits available for full time employees.Instructions:Be sure to answer all questions marked with an * on the application; they are required.If you're not sure of any of the other answers, leave them blank.Please upload a resume; we prefer PDF format.In the Cover Letter section, please write us a brief note to tell us why you're applying.
