Job Description:
As a Remodel Team Associate at Walmart Inc., a leading
multinational retail corporation, you will play a critical role in
updating and enhancing the physical layout of our stores. This
position is essential to improving the overall shopping experience
for our customers and adapting our spaces to better meet the
evolving needs of our communities. You will collaborate with a
dynamic team, employing your skills in organization, design, and
project management to ensure efficient and effective remodels of
our retail environments. Execute remodeling plans according to
company guidelines, ensuring timely completion of tasks with
minimal disruption to store operations Work closely with the
management team to prioritize tasks and manage resources
effectively Install fixtures and displays while maintaining
compliance with Walmart safety standards Assist in the relocation
of merchandise, setting up shelving and display areas Manage
inventory during remodels, ensuring products are protected and
stored correctly Communicate effectively with team members and
supervisors to ensure a seamless operation Maintain a clean and
safe work area at all times Ability to read and understand floor
plans and schematics Effective communication and teamwork skills
Strong organizational and project management skills Physical
stamina and ability to lift up to 50 pounds Basic knowledge of hand
and power tools OSHA Safety Certification is beneficial but not
mandatory.
