Cumberland Farms (Cumby's), a leading regional convenience store chain based in Westborough, MA, is seeking a proactive and dedicated Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of one of our busy stores. With a focus on optimizing customer experience and managing store functions, this role requires a commitment to maintaining Cumbys high standards in service, cleanliness, and community involvement. The ideal candidate will excel in leadership, inventory management, and operational efficiency, ensuring the store remains a preferred choice for shopping and refueling needs in the community. Oversee daily store operations, ensuring efficiency and customer satisfaction. Lead, recruit, and train a team of sales associates and assistant managers. Manage inventory, including ordering and stocking of products. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company standards. Handle budgeting, P&L statements, and cost management. Develop strategies to increase foot traffic and store profitability. Engage with the local community to build a loyal customer base. Strong leadership and personnel management Effective communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in retail management software Understanding of inventory management practices Ability to analyze financial data and make informed decisions Medical Insurance Dental Insurance 401k Retail Management Certification (optional) First Aid and CPR certifications (preferred)
