Develops detailedjob task lists for preventative maintenance work, calibration and planned workorders. Ensures work orders areexecutable in the most effective, efficient, safe and compliant process. ThePlanner is responsible for developing step by step work orders that follow themost effective sequence of events, using approved methodologies. Documented plans will include all materialsand specialty tools required for the execution of the work order, estimation oftime, and determination of required internal and external skilled resources.The Planner will be a SAP SME for the SAP PM Module. + Ensure quality and compliance in all my actionsby: + Attend GMP training on the schedule designatedand appropriate for the role + Complete training in learning managementsystems, in assigned instructor led classrooms or as a performancequalification as assigned. + Adhere to strict compliance with proceduresapplicable to the role and functions. + Exercise the highest level of integrity in thetasks that are performed + In a timely and prompt manner, identify, reportand seek correction for deviations noted in the workplace. + Embrace a behavior of employee involvement andcommitment to doing the job right the first time, while being open to change,accepting, seeking to understand, having conversations that are professionaland respectful, while controlling emotions and ensuring that theseconversations occur in the appropriate location. + Support all investigations in a timely andprofessional manner. + Create detailed maintenance plans in a timelyfashion to ensure completion of WOs in a timely fashion. + Identify and prioritize improvement prioritiesfor Planning & Scheduling process. + Ensure the visual system, as well as metrics,are up-to-date. + Proactively seek ways to improve throughimplementation of a continuous improvement methodology. + Support the Supervisor during ProductionPlanning/Scheduling meetings to secure appropriate downtime to completenon-production technical work on the equipment (PM?s, CM?s, work orders) withminimal impact to OEE and maximizing assets and resources utilization. + Collaborate with technicians and supervisors toensure non-production technical work is executable. + Support Supervisor with Capital ProjectEngineering, Facilities, Utilities and Validation Teams to ensure properscheduling of tasks to minimize downtime in the production areas. + Assist with Technician training program(s) + Responsible for reviewing and updating SAPMaintenance Plans as part of ongoing process improvement + Assist with coordination and execution ofPlanning/Scheduling Meetings + Assist with Maintenance & FacilitiesContractor Certification Process + Ensure material, technician, vendor/contractor,and equipment availability prior to submitting Maintenance Plan for schedulingprocess + Identify all cGMP and EHS&S regulatoryrequirements in the documented Maintenance Plan prior to submitting forscheduling process + Communicate and coordinate withcustomers/stakeholders regarding schedule, impact of work being performed, andproviding confirmation to customers/stakeholders when the work is completed. + Read, understand, and work with schematics,drawings, diagrams, and service/repair manuals. + Work with Engineering and/or contractors in thedesign, layout, installation, troubleshooting, and repair of various systemsthroughout the facility. + Perform project management duties includingrequesting and managing capital funds, coordination of design engineers,coordination of contract/contractor services (insect/rodent control, trash,housekeeping, security, exterior building and grounds), installation/start-upof facilities and maintenance of systems (parts systems, preventativemaintenance, telephone, computer hardware and equipment calibration) asrequired. + Draft/Manage/Administer required documents, asappropriate, for Facilities tasks and/or project work (including, but notlimited to: construction protocols, triage forms, updates for CMMS items,annual EHS contractor training, system for contractor safety pre-qualificationas required by EHS, etc.). + Identify and communicate to supervision allimmediate and potential quality, safety, or environmental issues (material,procedure, and process) as observed. + Responsible for ensuring the reliability ofequipment/utilities that supports the processing and packaging of Lancasterproducts. + Support the group with information to orderrepair parts or coordinate contracted repair services. + Ensure that all documentation associated withhis/her activities is documented with Good Documentation Practices. (includesbut not limited to: CMMS, protocols, batch records, investigations, PMmodification forms and log books) + Participates in protocols, change controlactivities in the planning, execution and analysis phases. + Follow applicable SOPs and batch records. Qualifications + High school diploma or equivalent. + Completed and documented formal training programof two or more years or a minimum of Four years technical work experience. + Technical knowledge of utilities systems,buildings and equipment. + Must have excellent verbal and written skills,and proven analytical ability. + Experience in developing and executing tacticalplans or project management experience + Excellent interpersonal skills. + Three years experience in a similarmanufacturing environment (i.e. clean room, machinery, processes, continuousproduction, etc.) + Prior experience operating and maintainingutility/facilities systems is preferred. + Experience in a regulated, automated industry ispreferred. Pharmaceutical/GMP experience is preferred. + Ability to walk up and down stairs/ladders + Ability to lift 20lbs routinely and 50lbsoccasionally + Prior experience in SAP Required + MS Office Suite including MS Project Preferred + Demonstrated partnering and influencing skills.Excellent interpersonal skills. + The ability to work in a highly integrated teamenvironment, providing strong support to teammates and customers. + Read and write English, knowledgeable ondiagram/drawing/schematic reading and repair manual interpretation. Basicknowledge in Microsoft programs (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.). + Excellent verbal/documentation skills arerequired for this role as it includes interactions with government and companyregulators/auditors/inspectors. + Lean Six Sigma preferred (Green or Black Belt) + Able to work extra hours, at night or onweekends and/or irregular shifts. Able to respond to emergency calls. Able to supportother departments or projects according to business needs. Willingness to beon-call for off-hours, holidays, and weekends.
