The position requires coordination, documentation, and monitoring of help desk support activities. The candidate will also evaluate performance, lead major technology assignments, and function as a technical expert across multiple projects, with potential supervision responsibilities. Travel up to 25% may be required.Core Responsibilities:

  • System certificate renewals
  • PC/server rebuilds, tech refreshes, phone and system deploymentsPrimary Product Knowledge:
    • Avaya SME - Communication Manager, Avaya Aura Messaging, System Manager, Session Manager, DHCP, Microsoft TAC, Power BI, TEAMSBasic Qualifications:
      • Minimum 8 years of experience in O&M support, technical problem resolution, or equivalent certifications or past work experience
      • Active Top Secret ClearancePreferred Qualifications:
