- Salary range is $100,000 to $120,000 depending on interview
process and skills and experience.
- Must have current CBP clearance or ability to obtain a CBP

coordinating a comprehensive library of Design Standards, serving
as the foundation for our programmatic estimates. Collaborate with

- Organize, facilitate, and document results of information
gathering sessions and reviews.
- Solicit, document, and provide recommendations for
implementation of feedback and subject-matter expertise from Design
Standard stakeholders and industry experts.
- Manage the development schedule of Design Standard stakeholders
and industry experts.
- Manage the development schedule of Design Standards, interim
updates, and handling communications with all Design Standard
stakeholders.
- Assist in the development and implementation of a quality
control process.
- Provide subject-matter expertise for architecture and
engineering material.
- Provide document production for reviews, submittals, and design
standard updates.
- Create and maintain a tracking mechanism for delivery and
handling.
- Manage databases used to track compliance and report
deficiencies.
- Track and review submittals and comments, then record changes
proposed and made.
- Identify and report the progress and status in the monthly Task
Order Report.
- Produce and distribute available submittals in an efficient and
effective manner that supports the coordination, development,
review, and approvals.
- Provide design services, reviews, site inspections, and
oversight to include review of all active projects and alterations
for conformity.
- Conduct training and outreach on technical design standards to
PMO stakeholders on a regular and recurring basis.
- Develop and analyze alternative courses of action to address
the technical issues with existing facilities.
- Provide cost estimating services including developing and
maintaining cost estimating tools, resources, and processes to
ensure appropriate cost-estimating practices.
- Develop the corresponding estimate of costs broken down by
fiscal year and budget responsibility.
- Develop cost estimates and support for projects in the planning
phase of development.
- Create and review prepared cost estimates and ensure
consistency between identified requirements, scoping documents, and
estimated costs documents.
- Manage and participate in the review process for prepared cost
estimates, bases of estimates, and cost models.
- Distribute the documents, collect, and consolidate comments,
and hold a review meeting if necessary.
- Review the documents and provide comments and recommended
changes.
- Support facility portfolio planning and development of Standard
Port Requirements (SPRs) and Program of Requirements (PORs), or
similar documents for projects in planning.Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Architectural Engineering,
or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural engineering,
preferably with Department of Defense (DoD) projects.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a CBP clearance; current CBP
clearance preferred.
- Proficiency in architectural design software such as AutoCAD
and Revit.
- Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and safety
standards.
- Experience in developing and implementing quality control
processes.
- Demonstrated ability to manage project schedules and
stakeholder communications effectively.
- Skilled in conducting training sessions and outreach on
technical design standards.
- Proficient in cost estimating, including developing and
maintaining estimating tools and processes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong
technical documentation abilities.
- Capable of multitasking and managing programs independently and
collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and time
