Job Description:
Our client is currently seeking a maintenance supervisor for
their facility located just out side Lancaster, PA.
They are looking for a skilled maintenance supervisor professional
with a passion for keeping machinery running smoothly and has the
ability to troubleshoot.Responsibilities:Team Leadership: Lead and
motivate a team of skilled maintenance technicians during the 2nd
shift to ensure the efficient operation of machinery and
equipment.Preventive Maintenance: Develop and implement a
preventive maintenance program to minimize downtime and extend the
lifespan of equipment.Troubleshooting: Diagnose and troubleshoot
equipment malfunctions, coordinating prompt and effective repairs
to maintain continuous production.Safety Compliance: Enforce safety
protocols and ensure that all maintenance activities comply with
industry regulations and company safety standards.Training and
Development: Train and mentor maintenance team members, fostering a
culture of continuous improvement and skill
development.Collaboration: Work closely with production and other
departments to coordinate maintenance schedules and prioritize
critical repairs.Requirements:Experience: Minimum of 5 years of
experience in maintenance, with a proven track record of leadership
in a food manufacturing environment.Technical Skills: Strong
mechanical and electrical skills, including proficiency in
diagnosing and repairing industrial machinery.Leadership:
Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a team, fostering a
collaborative and results-driven work environment.Safety Focus:
Commitment to promoting and maintaining a safe working environment
for all team members.Flexibility: Willingness to work on the 2nd
