Job Description:

Well Establish company has a newly created Plant Manager opportunity in Lancaster, PAThis job will have the following responsibilities:Provide leadership to foster an environment and working relationship that contributes to and encourages development of subordinates.Manage human resources established programs and policies, without regard to race, religion, sex, national origin, age or persons with disabilities.Establish and maintain positive customer relationships by meeting schedule and performance and quality requirements.Manage and apply established health safety and environmental programs and policies (OSHAManage established work force diversity with sensitivity and appreciation for differences among employees, with the goal of providing opportunities for all employees to work to their potential.;Develop and maintain good working relationships with other company departments.Assist workers in resolving technical problems.
Qualifications & Requirements:
College Degree or 10 years of relevant experience Experience in an Industrial industry 5+ years of Management experience
