  Job Description:
  About the Role:
  The Lead Loader role at the Lancaster PA location provides support to the Warehouse team, driving and supporting key initiatives to improve performance throughout the plant. You'll add value to this role by performing various functions including, but not limited to:

  • 
    Maintain established product quality standards.
    
    
  • 
    Maintain compliance with all product safety standards. (FDA/USDA/PA-DA/Good Manufacturing Practices/HACCP/SQF)
    
    
  • 
    Pulls product from the listed locations or stretch wrapper and loads trailer using STO or SO number. Uses SAP to scan pallets into location
    
    
    Important Details: This is a full-time permanent role on Crew A, which operates 6am to 6pm with some weekends. Pay rate: USD $18.70, Shift Premium maybe included.
    About You:

      Demonstrated experience following instructions/process documents and providing effective communication, both verbal and written

      Experience in a manufacturing environment - food manufacturing a plus
      
      
    • 
      The ability to work overtime and weekends
      
      
    • 
      Ability to have attention to detail and documentation.
      
      
    • 
      Ability to interpret, understand and follow detailed procedures.
      
      
    • 
      Ability to work weekends.
