• 5 years proven track record in residential construction, experience in building quality single family homes, either custom and/or production
  • Expert ability to manage project timelines and budgets
    • Demonstrable ability to lead construction projects in various phases concurrently
      • Industry consistent work history
        • Ability to foster positive relationships with colleagues, clients, subcontractors, and vendors
          • Carpentry experience preferred
            • Four-year degree from an accredited university with construction management, engineering, or business concentrations preferred but not required
