Assist with writing and reviewing SOP's and QWI's.Technician 2 - POSITION SUMMARY: In addition to Technician 1 responsibilities, produce optically coated parts following vacuum deposition production process guidelines, monitoring equipment, loading, running, and unloading vacuum chambers.Now is your chance to make a difference by joining a Team where you will have consistent hours, earn competitive pay and valuable benefits while helping make products used by firefighters, first responders, the military, football, motorsports and more. Shifts and Hours--- Full-time and work approximately 15 days a month! Three day weekend every other weekend!--- Day shift 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM--- Night shift 7:00 pm to 7:30 AM with night shift differential pay (+$1.50).--- Scheduled not more than 3 consecutive days of 12-hour shifts.--- Regular rotation with predictable bi-weekly schedule (Week 1=36 hours, Week 2=48 hours).--- Every other weekend off. Requirements:

• At least 3 years of proven, reliable work history with reliable attendance.
• Experience in a fast paced, quality-oriented environment is helpful.
• Excellent manual dexterity and fine manipulation skills.
• Manufacturing/production experience helpful.
• Ability to follow detailed work instructions and procedures.
