Overview






Stryten Energy, a new company name with a long history in the Lampeter, PA -area, manufactures proprietary and custom injection molding products serving the industrial lead battery, automotive and consumer markets. Stryten Energy is expanding battery poly manufacturing and recycling output to help solve industry-wide supply constraints.An EMT 'C' will be required to perform PM's on equipment, some troubleshooting and make repairs on equipment and facilities support systems. - They are to identify, correct, and document deficiencies found during their tasks. - Provide support for the set-up department, participate in TPM events, and assist with the implementation of Lean programs and requirements for the plant.













Responsibilities

• Perform PM'S on specified equipment
• Troubleshoot mechanical & pneumatic problems
• Check oil levels in all hydraulic machines
• Fill auto greasers and trouble shoot
• Make hydraulic hoses
• Assist with project work and installations
• Follow all Environmental, Health & safety guidelines as they apply to facilities & work area
• Understand and follow the required safety guidelines such as lockout/tag out use of PPE
• Participate in or support TPM and other lean events plant wide.

  Qualifications
  
  
  
  
  
  
  
  
  
  
  • E-70 Certified
  • High reach & scissor lift certified
  • Ability to read hydraulic prints
  • Know how to fill Bijur systems and screw motors
  • Know how to use the MP2 System
  • Measure using inside Micrometer and calipers
  • Basic electrical knowledge including the ability to use an electrical meter
  • Tap & Die usage and ability to use feeler gaugesCOMPETENCIES, SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE -
    • Strong communication and documentation skills
    • Detail-oriented with good organizational skills
    • Basic MS office skills
    • Excellent attendance record
    • Ability to work independently - - - - - - - - - -PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS -
      • Standing, walking, bending, twisting, and reaching
      • Required to lift and handle parts weighing up to 50 lbs.EDUCATION -
