(PMI) is seeking several members to join our trusted team as a full-time Maintenance Supervisor or full-time Maintenance Technician for our apartment community in Lancaster. Rate: $18 - $25 per hour depending on experience and position; $500 sign on bonus!
Hours : Monday through Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm, rotating on-call.

  Role and Responsibilities:
  
  • Assist with resident work orders in apartments.
  • Assist with turnover of apartments.
  • May perform grounds/landscaping work as needed.
  • Light electrical, plumbing, HVAC in apartments.
  • Appliance repair.
  • Customer service.
  • Rotating on-call in the Lancaster, Lititz, Akron and Reading areas.
  • May be eligible for an on-call bonus!
    
    Requirements
    
    
    • Prior residential maintenance experience is preferred, but not required.
    • Working cell phone.
    • Excellent customer service skills.
    • Valid PA Drivers License and reliable and insured transportation.
    • High School Diploma/GED.
      
      Salary Description
      
      $18 - $25 per hour
