Job Description:
As a Recruiter, you are part of a team of highly skilled recruiting
professionals working on high-volume light industrial positions for
SIMOS. The Recruiter will provide staffing and recruiting solutions
relied upon by our clients. This position requires an extremely
perceptive person, who is capable of relating to individuals at all
levels. This role will not only manage the inside processes of
candidate applications. You will also be responsible for working
within the community and with tools provided to attract and gain
candidates needed to supply our customer needs through grassroots
initiatives, networking, and fieldwork. Salary Range: $17.00-20.00
hourly, depending on experience Essential Job Functions
- Conduct staffing and recruiting processes to attract and retain
a pool of qualified candidates
- Source (including passive candidates), recruit, screen,
interview and assess high volumes of candidates for nonexempt light
industrial roles
- Maintain accurate candidate records and ensure our internal
systems are updated and compliance is met
- Proactively seek new avenues to attract candidates (Building
networks within the community)
- Manage daily information/candidate data tracking, identify
potential areas of improvement, provide information to the SIMOS
Operations team, resolve problems, participate in meetings, and
maintain a high level of candidate and stakeholder
satisfaction.
- Relationship management to include handling escalations,
communicating recruitment progress, and managing expectations.
Experience
- 2 plus years of recent high volume, fast-paced recruiting
experience, along with ATS and systems knowledge
- Must possess the excellent judgment to prioritize work, handle
multiple projects at once, and meet objectives/deadlines.
- Understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes and best
practices
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
- Strong MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with others, be a team
player, and work independently
- Ability to manage a large workload promptly Perks and Benefits
