Job Description:
As a condition of employment, Willow Valley Communities requires

first day of employment.Willow Valley is hiring a Lead Clubhouse
Attendant for maintaining WVC Clubhouse by servicing equipment and
building in a timely and efficient manner and maximizing guest
experiences by assisting with strategic activity development.
Completes various building/ equipment maintenance requests,
emergency response and preventative maintenance
tasks.Responsibilities:Works with the Clubhouse team to ensure all
functions for the buildings events/activities are set-up,
broken-down and properly storedPerforms service for Residents with
a customer focused attitude regardless of the type of work
needed.Assists Residents and guests in proper operation of
Clubhouse equipment for their enjoymentAssists Resident Life and
Clubhouse Manager with maximizing the utilization of Clubhouse
amenities.Acts as a liaison to assist the Resident Life and
Clubhouse Manager with coordinating duties.Stays informed and
trained to understand the equipment in The Clubhouse.Coordinates
regular preventive maintenance schedules for the building s
assetsPerforms basic HVAC, electrical, plumbing and touch-up work
as routinely required.Coordinates service calls for building
assets, including but not limited to, pool mechanical
equipment.Liaison to both internal and external specialty
maintenance resources.Clears snow on patios and sidewalks as
necessaryHandles assigned service requests using CMMS, follows up
on incomplete requests.Handles on-call duties/weekend
assignments/holiday work schedule assignments with limited
assistance.Washes company equipment and provides basic maintenance
as assigned.Assists with Emergency (First) response to fire
alarms/ambulance calls.Acquires Phone system knowledge for basic
trouble shooting.Assists with HVAC, fitness center and kitchen
troubleshooting and preventative maintenance.Acquires knowledge of
Simplex fire alarm system for use in trouble shooting and vendor
repair requisitioning.Acquires knowledge of Emergency valve
locations for; HVAC system, sprinkler system, domestic water system
and steam system.Provides basic Electrical, Plumbing and
Window/Door troubleshooting and repair.Assists Manor Maintenance
department with routine testing of emergency / safety
equipment.Maintains documentation data, when assigned, for pool/spa
water temperatures and chemical testing.Provides suggestions
concerning need for major repairs or additions to building
mechanical systems.Informs supervisor of parts and supplies needed
and purchases when assigned to do so.Meets with contractors to
identify and solve problems.Qualifications:Provides day to day
leadership to the Maintenance and Recreational Attendants.
Responsibilities. Include training and orientation of new Team
Members.Coordinates the activities and work assignments of Team
Members and can fill in to cover shifts.Conducts Team meetings and
is responsible for communicating information and resolving
challenges.Hours:36-38 hrs/weekPart-Time 12-15 hrs/weekSchedule:
Full-Time: 11:30am-7:30pmPart-Time: 2 weekdays and every other
