As a Maintenance Supervisor supporting production at our
Kellogg's -Lancaster, PA -facility, you will play a key role in
delivering maintenance programs and processes essential to our

- High school diploma or GED and related work experience
- Strong technical aptitude along with proficiency in Microsoft
Office applications and SAP software
- Ability to effectively communicate and problem solve
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate others and work with

- Bachelor's degree and significant related experience
- Previous experience as a maintenance supervisor in a
manufacturing environment
- Experience in production reporting systems and preventative
