Quality Inspector (Food Manufacturing Plant)/ Tue-Fri (AM) Schedule/ Urgent

Tuesday - Friday AM (5:30am-3:30pm)

dinner kits designed to be table-ready in 15 minutes, usually with
just one pan! Gobble's sous chefs do the prep work like peeling,
chopping, and marinating the fresh ingredients, so that busy
households spend less time in the kitchen, and more time at the

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Conduct audits, temperature checks,
kitchen prepared items (general appearance, specifications, weight,
allergen labeling, expiration dates)
finished meal kits (ingredients, produce quality, expiration dates,
replenishment area on the pack line
boxes (ice configuration, proteins, kits match the label)
temperature of the warehouse areas, food temperature
Create Gold Standards for the kitchen items and kits
Train production employees (Food Safety, GMP)
Make sure sanitation standards are followed; oversee cleaning
procedures for compliance
Complete daily sanitation, facilities, and quality verification
Work with all team members to make claims on damaged or
Meet with team leaders during the shift to determine needs; to
answer questions related to production or quality
Conduct internal audits to ensure that all food safety procedures
are being completed correctly
You must maintain proper personal hygiene and sanitation
Proficient with computers, Ipads, Google Docs/sheets etc.
Required qualifications and competencies:
High school diploma or its equivalent, (some college preferred)
Must have basic math and computer skills (Ipads, Google
Demonstrate leadership qualities
1 year previous food warehouse experience and food knowledge for
quality assessments preferred
Able to understand shift plan, warehouse replenishment, production
Ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure.
Ability to work in a fast paced, deadline-oriented environment.
Clear understanding of warehouse distribution environment.
Ability to understand and follow established processes and
Ability to work with minimal supervision.
Keen eye for quality; detail-oriented.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to demonstrate excellent judgment, delegate work and
escalate issues as needed.
Punctuality to all scheduled shifts: timely, reliable and regular
attendance is required
High-pressure, time-sensitive environment with a high volume of
work, tight deadlines. Warehouse location which can be noisy and
cold (38 degrees).
Comfortable with exposure to temperatures that range from freezing
to sub-freezing for complete shifts.
