Armstrong Flooring Inc. is seeking self-motivated team players to join our Lancaster Floor Plant Production team! Employees must be able to work effectively as a team, have good communication skills and willingness to learn/train.

Production Associate Salary $18.00/hour with opportunity for growth after 90 day probationary period

Production

• Inspection, winding and packaging of product.
• Perform inventory functions and material usage accurately.
• Fill in on operations where and when required.
• Clean and organize work areas.
• Perform miscellaneous work as required to support the manufacturing operation.
• Operate Unroll and Rollup equipment of material in process.
• Operate coating, printing and embossing equipment.
• Perform quality checks as required using various tools.
• Observe for and correct root cause of defective material.
• Perform product changeovers and startups.
• Use Panel Mate touch screens for operation of equipment.
• Use computers for data entry.
  
  Requirements
  
  • Must be comfortable lifting or manipulating up to 50lbs on a regular basis.
  • Must be able to safely operate mobile equipment such as forklift, ram trucks, platform truck and tractors.
  • Must be willing and able to wear all required safety protective equipment .
