As the Service Associate, you will be responsible for overseeing the service operations of our appliance store. You will coordinate a small team of dedicated professionals, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service for their household appliances.Responsibilities: - Coordinate the daily operations of the service department including service technicians. - Monitor and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through efficient and timely service processes. - Develop and implement strategies to optimize service efficiency, ensuring timely completion of tasks and daily operations. - Resolve customer complaints or escalate issues as necessary, ensuring prompt resolution. - Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies. - Assist with other departments, mostly Delivery & Customer Check-out. - Document & track current inventory of parts in order to determine what is already in stock, maintain certain levels of product & order parts needed to accomplish service repairs. - Order & track parts needed for the Service Department - File warranty claims with manufacturers - Bill & collect payments from customers for non-warranty service work & parts.Requirements: - High school diploma, GED, or suitable equivalent. - Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the appliance or retail industry - Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with a keen eye for detail. - Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. - Exceptional customer service skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with customers and team members. - Proficiency in using computer systems and software relevant to service and delivery operations.Bilingual in Spanish is preferred, but not a requirementIf you are a highly motivated individual with a passion for providing exceptional service, we would love to hear from you.
