for Personal Care Administrator: - Full-time, Mon-Fri Days, Salary

Personal Care Administrator: - Responsible for management of
Personal Care department including health, safety, and well-being
of the residents. - Responsible for implementation of policies and
procedures to ensure compliance. - Demonstrate effective
communication and leadership skills. - Set standards for quality
assurance and foster positive engagements with residents, their
families, and staff. - Direct responsibility for hiring, training,
and supervision of Personal Care team. - Direct responsibility for

employer.#G3Requirements:Qualifications of Personal Care
Administrator: - PCHA license in good standing. - Currently
licensed as Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) preferred, but not
required. - Successful leadership and marketing skills. - Minimum 2
years prior experience as Personal Care Home Administrator with
direct supervision of a team of at least 10 - including hiring,
coaching, performance management, daily operations supervision, and
disciplinary measures when needed. - Sound knowledge and
familiarity with Personal Care regulations. - Excellent written and
verbal communication skills and the ability to facilitate
small-group presentations. - Proven ability to effectively manage
multiple priorities. - Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office
suite as well ability to learn new applications.
