Position Description
Schedule is flexible. Employee can make their own schedule must
have some hours during day shift (8am-4pm). No weekend work.
Assisting with HR administrative tasks, data entry, answering phone
calls, making packets or presentations, assisting with recruitment
and phone screening.
Skills Required
Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast paced,
deadline-drive environment. Ability to deal with conflict
effectively. The ability to multitasks and strong computer-based
skills. Microsoft Office experience.
Experience Required
Human Resource experience is a plus but not required.
Administrative experience is preferred. *This is an entry level job
to get started in the HR industry and build capabilities to develop
career experience and goals.
Education Required
HS/GED
