A nationally recognized, boutique architecture firm in Lancaster, PA is hiring an Architectural Designer to join their team immediately! This position is open as the firm continues to win new projects across the United States and cannot keep up with the demand. They are looking for a junior architectural designer who they can develop into a future project coordinator or project architect. Selling Points:

  • BS or Bachelor of Architecture
  • 1-3 Years of Professional Experience (Internship Experience at a Minimum)
  • Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and SketchUp
  • Ability to communicate directly with clients, contractors, and consultantsJob Description:
    • Modeling with multidiscipline project teams utilizing Revit and other modeling programs
    • Prepare design drawings, plans, profiles, sections, and details including initial model and sheet set-up
    • Gather information from existing drawings, rough sketches, surveys, and production mark-ups
