Job Description:

Summary
We're looking for a Marketing Strategist to join our team in our Lancaster, PA office! This person is fueled by data-driven problem solving! They should understand how systems could interconnect to integrate data between platforms (although they don't need to be able to write the code) and can help eliminate marketing & technology silos to improve customer engagement.
Overview

• Plan and oversee PPC campaigns
• Google Ads & Tag Manager
• Facebook/Meta Business Manager
• Manage 3rd party partnerships (Zillow, Realtor.com, etc.)
• Write and test ad copy & creative across all platforms
• Email marketing
• Perform regular reporting on digital advertising & implement changes
• Run weekly customer traffic report
• Oversee marketing intelligence and provide actionable insights
• Potential involvement in website CMS
• Understand and adopt the KCH brand standards and implement throughout all marketing efforts
  Skills & Qualifications
  
  • Salesforce and HubSpot experience (data management and organization)
  • Proficient in Google Data Studio
  • Familiar with PowerBI
  • Experience with Zapier preferred but not required
  • Experience with SQL preferred but not required
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Analytical, problem solver, & lifelong learner
    Alternate Position Titles: Marketing Technologist, Digital Marketing Specialist, Marketing Specialist
    This is an in-person position in Lancaster, PA with a hybrid alternative available. Must be willing to be in the office two to three days per week.
    Salary Range: $50k-75k depending on experience
