Job Description:
Job DescriptionKey Tasks & Responsibilities: A. Run machines in
one of our four Production teams, (1: Threading. 2: Specials. 3:
Saw, Chamfer & Stamp. and 4: Straight & Cut and Draw, Straight &
Cut). B. Follow production and quality guidelines as laid out in
our Production Tickets. C. Scan jobs in and out of our
manufacturing software.The ideal candidate will: Be able to spend
up to 8 hours a day on their feet Be able to lift up to 75lbs in
weight Be mechanically minded and have a basic understanding of
machining and manufacturing environments. Be Coachable and willing
to learn new skills and responsibilities. Be able to work with and
without supervision to specific targets and timetables Demonstrate
a Can do attitude in a company determined to be the leader in their
field. Ideally have experience working in a busy industrial
environment. Be able to get to work in time to start their shift
every day Be legally allowed to work in the USA and be a US Citizen
or Permanent Resident, (Green Card Holder).The successful
candidate: Will complete a 90-Day probationary period, (min
starting wage of $17/Hour) Will be paid a minimum of $18/Hour upon
successful completion of your 90-Day probationary period Pay Scales
for the above roles range from $18/hour for new starters to
$24/Hour for those who successfully complete the AATP Employment
Development program. Entry into this program is dependent upon an
acceptable attendance record and recommendation for the program by
