company's success. As a Senior Wealth Strategist within the PNC
Private Bank organization, you will be based in Lancaster, PA. Job
Description Develops, consults on and implements tax, estate and
financial plans for clients, including those of the greatest
complexity. Collaborates with other planning resources on specific
subject matters of greatest complexity and partners in the
acquisition of new clients. Retains, expands and deepens existing
relationships. Conducts and reviews research, as appropriate, and
develops tax, estate and financial analyses and plans. Makes
generally accepted recommendations to team and may make
recommendations to clients. May provide direction to wealth
strategists and associates. Retains and grows assets under
management by working with clients, prospective clients, and
Centers of Influence and providing advice and implementation.
Identifies solutions and PNC services as sales opportunities to
enhance existing client relationships. Develops new client
relationships through networking, prospecting and referrals. PNC

Knowledge of the investments business and ability to analyze and
evaluate asset types, market and industry trends, major issues, and
regulatory considerations. Networking - Generates productive
relationships with internal and external partners that improve
access to resources and expertise. Problem Solving - Knowledge of
approaches, tools, techniques for recognizing, anticipating, and
resolving organizational, operational or process problems; ability
to apply this knowledge appropriately to diverse situations.
Products and Services - Knowledge of major products and services
and product and service groups; ability to apply this knowledge
appropriately to diverse situations. Value Selling - Knowledge of
the principles and practices for selling products, technology and
services; ability to provide overall product/service 'value' and
differentiating support offerings that address clearly understood
customer needs. Work Experience Roles at this level typically
require a university / college degree. Higher level education such
as a Masters degree, PhD, or certifications is desirable. Industry
relevant experience is typically 8+ years. Specific certifications
are often required. In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination
of education and experience (including military service) may be
