Job Description:

Manufacturing Customer Service Team Lead will oversee and assist service employees in the performance of their job duties to ensure a high-quality service experience for customers in a manufacturing environment.*Responsibilities** Manages a small team of assigned service representatives that provide a high level of service to customers in a B2B environment.* Monitors or reviews calls or other correspondence between representatives and customers.* Prepares monthly reports summarizing the assigned customer service team's performance.* Prepares knowledge-based documents such as summaries and responses to frequently asked questions.* Identifies opportunities to update or improve customer service procedures and makes recommendations to the General Manager.* Enter sales & credit card orders into ERP system. Perform order maintenance as needed.* Retrieve and process sales orders from EDI systems.* Document and issue product return authorizations as needed.* Send out sales order acknowledgements via email.* Coordinates with other departments as required to ensure excellent customer service.*Requirements** Proficient with MS Office and ERP systems* At least five years of customer service experience required* Bachelors or Associate Degree preferred* Manufacturing experience preferredJob Type: Full-timePay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per yearBenefits:* Health insurance* Paid time offSchedule:* 8 hour shiftWork Location: One location
