Job Description Our sample administration and management teams are able to work seamlessly with a cross-discipline team of scientists, technical management, and support groups. This position will apply their Biologics knowledge and provide Group Leader support to lead and manage a team of Sample Administration and Sample Management individuals. The Line Lead GL will be responsible for managing the process flow of their line and individuals development and skillset as well as serve as the bridge between Sample Management, Project Management, and Technical Management. Group Leader Line Lead responsibilities include but are not limited to: Identifying and managing potential staffing concerns so inventory does not pile up throughout the registration and auditing process Maintaining a technical feedback loop for incorrect entries, auditing, and CAPA Schedule and attend routine meetings with technical and Managers to discuss and agree on sample entry customization Update the line walk board and take inventory to determine resources and rate of sample entry/auditing and identifies rate-limiting factors. Evaluation of problematic submissions for immediate problem resolution. Ensures continuity between shifts and flexes team when needed Uses visual indicators with the team to evaluate potential bottle necks before they occur. Keep track of all "special requirements" for ease of cross training Typical Group Leader responsibilities for employee engagement and development. Managing entire team and ensuring expectations are being met according to the team and individual Job Plans. Qualifications The ideal candidate would possess: Strong computer, scientific, and organizational skills Excellent communication (oral and written) and attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team, self-motivation, adaptability, and a positive attitude Ability to learn new techniques, perform multiple tasks simultaneously, keep accuraterecords, follow instructions, and comply with company policies Fiveyears ofproject management experience in the pharmaceutical industry in a GMP environment Lab experience strongly preferred Proficiency utilizing PM Software- preferably Microsoft Project Professional Project Management TrainingBasic Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Science or other related degree concentration with 1 to 2+ years of experience (preferred) Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship Additional Information Position is full-time, Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm.
