The Student Academic Records & Special Projects Coordinator
coordinates the process of producing transcripts for student and
alumni requests. The SAC&SPC provides support to the Associate
Registrar by carrying out various regular functions.
Essential Functions Include
- Coordinate the transcript request and production process
- Assist the Associate Registrar with many duties, namely
graduation, helping with potential transfer students and applying
transfer credits to current students' records
- Produce ASE and IFE transcripts to sent to students
- Assist with the scheduling process each semester--producing the
- Provide office support by answering phone calls and monitoring
- Fulfill replacement diploma orders
- High School diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree
- 1-3 years experience in education or other fast-paced office
- Proven success in a detail oriented role
- Proficiency with Google Suite apps and MS Office; preferred
experience with Cognos or other reporting tools
- The ability and willingness to provide excellent service and to
work in a collegial manner with students, faculty and staff, and
other constituencies is essential.
