Stable, growing working environment with a history of 150 years of doing business Opportunity to advance within the company SCOPE & BASIC FUNCTION : This position is responsible for providing a high level of service to our corporate accounts. This is accomplished by facilitating day to day transactions with assigned customers as it relates to orders, returned goods, operational compliance, requests for credit/debit, and general customer service needs.This position will exercise discretion and personal judgement in determining the best way to solve customer issues. The customer base includes big box and online retailers, export customers, and product distributors. The Account Care Coordinator will act as a liaison between Woodstream and the customer to proactively address concerns and eliminate root cause of any potential issues through creative problem solving. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES : Proactively looks to improve our current processes. Ability to problem solve the entire process (from EDI/order entry to shipment/invoice/credits). Exhibits a high sense of urgency when solving problems. Quickly bubbles up issues that are affecting their customers, suggest potential actions that we should take to resolve issues. Collaborates with ADMs to assure a high rate of service. Identifies and highlights customer issues. Assure that customer issues, are being worked by a larger group. Periodically, you are seeking updates on the progress of these groups. Quickly identifies product stoppers and communicates those to the service level team and department management team. Actively pursue measurements from our Top 30 customers and use that data to compare our internal measurements and highlight issues that need to be worked based on customer/Woodstream discrepancies. Responsible to assure that orders are priced accurately. EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/OTHER SKILLS : High School Diploma/GED required; College degree preferred or equivalent work experience Customer service or sales experience preferred Please complete an on-line application at
