Job Description:

ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:Address, escalate, and/or resolve HR tickets;Oversee and administer new hire enrollments, open enrollment, special enrollments, and 403(b) plan;Develop benefit communication pieces to assist with educating employees;Enhance and maintain positive work relationships with benefit vendors and other insurance partners;Manage the operations of the respective benefit enrollment system to ensure streamlined user experiences;Ensure accuracy within the HRIS system, benefit enrollment system and benefit providers;Assist with government compliance activities to include, but not limited to, the review of summary plan descriptions (SPDs), annual benefit notices, summary annual reports (SARs), and ACA forms;Reconcile and process benefit invoices;May assist with leave of absences to include FMLA, WC and other state leave benefits in a timely manner;Provide support to the Sr. Director of Human Resources;Partner with the Sr. Director of Human Resources to address employee relations issues and concerns;Completes performance improvement plans as requested;Provide support to the Talent Management team to include posting jobs, sourcing candidates and full life cycle recruitment of positions;Provide support to other areas of HR as needed;Collaboratively work on HR special projects, as assigned;Stay abreast of all federal, state, and local regulatory requirements related to employment law;Complete other duties as assigned.Qualifications:Bachelor's level degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or equivalent field of study from an accredited college;At least one (1) year of experience in Human Resources, preferably in an HR Generalist capacity;Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification, a plus;Prior experience in Benefits, Recruitment, and Employee Relations, preferred;Must have a demonstrated passion for customer service and highly organized;Must possess a strong attention to detail with exceptional problem solving and analytical skills;Excellent verbal and written communication, and interpersonal skills;Must be reliable with time sensitive deadlines and tasks;Exercise a high level of confidentiality;Working knowledge of MS Office Suite, SharePoint, and HRIS systems (UltiPro preferred);Computer and typing skills sufficient to perform essential jobfunctions;Active motor vehiclelicense and a reliable automobile with adequate insurancecoverage;Pass a criminal history screen, including state and local child protection agency registries;Subscription to and integration of the agency Statement of Faith, Mission Statement, and Cultural Diversity Commitment.We value and embrace the principles of diversity, equity, and inclusion; our culture is strengthened and our workplace is more dynamic.
