Job Description:

SUMMARY:This position is responsible for accurately processing all bookkeeping functions and processing payroll using ADP. This position will also perform administrative tasks related to Human Resources for the organization including benefits, job postings, candidate screening, and other duties as needed.


Enter bills from vendors and process payments on a bi-weekly basis

Monitor aged receivables and collect late payments from customers

Create invoices for job folders

Complete monthly financial close process

Reconcile bank and credit card statements

Process payroll on a bi-weekly basis

Assist employees with benefit enrollment

Maintain employee files

Post new jobs and conduct initial screening of candidates

Performs other related duties as assigned by management.


Associated Degree in accounting or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Computer skills required: Accounting Software and Microsoft Office Suite

Job Type: Full-time
