Job Description:

A professional financial firm is seeking a Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to provide temporary support for approximately 1-3 months.   This role is crucial to the company’s success and requires a bright, motivated individual who can bring a strong work ethic to the table.

Duties and Responsibilities include:
•Answering phones, taking messages, and directing calls
•Managing mail to and from the firm
•Creating and manipulating spreadsheets in Excel
•Client meeting and file preparation
•Managing and organizing office supplies
•Managing calendars in Outlook
•Assist advisors and staff with other administrative functions

Position Requirements:
•Minimum 1-2 years of office experience
•Polished and professional demeanor
•Proficient in Word, Excel, and Outlook

**Must be able to work remotely.  A quiet workspace and reliable high speed internet are required.**

LENGTH OF ASSIGNMENT: 1-3 months approx.
START DATE: asap, pending interviews      
PAY RANGE: $18/hr
HOURS: Full-time, 8am-5pm
DRESS CODE: Business professional
