Overview

The primary responsibility of this position is to prepare and review required documents for new consumer loans, primarily loan disclosures, pre-closing and loan documentation. Through loan origination and documentation software, review transactions and loan data and determine which disclosures are required, prepare and arrange delivery of documents in compliance with applicable rules and regulations.

Position hours are 8:30-5:00 or 8:00-4:30 Monday - Friday and 8:00-12:00 on a rotating Saturday schedule.

Position is currently remote, but is anticipated to be located at 23 East King St., Lancaster, Pennsylvania in the future.

Responsibilities

• Review new consumer loan data to determine and prepare applicable disclosure documents per applicable regulations, prepare and arrange delivery of documents within required time frames
• Review loan supporting documentation to ensure completeness and accuracy per requirements, engage lending staff to identify any special circumstances and resolve minor documentation concerns, escalate complex issues as required
• Ensure closing conditions are satisfied per bank policy and applicable regulations, ensure all documentation satisfies compliance requirements

Qualifications

Education

High School Diploma or equivalent. (Required)

Experience

1 or more years Loan documentation and/or processing. (Preferred)
