Looking to join a great team at a growing company? Irex Corporation is looking for an Recruiting Process Manager to join our Lancaster Home Office.


This role will be a key contributor to our company’s growth by spearheading our recruitment initiatives for all branches nation-wide. You will work closely with managers to find talent by developing and coordinating a network of external recruiters, conduct interviews, develop programs, gather market data, and review hiring and onboarding procedures to align with best practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement and maintain a comprehensive recruiting strategy designed to fill current and anticipated openings
  • Create a college recruiting and internship program for the company
  • Widen the industry talent network that can serve as a pipeline for referrals and/or placements
  • Foster a consistent and effective onboarding process that enables all new hires to have a positive experience
  • Build a national network of recruiters for top talent referrals in specific markets across the country
  • Implement best practices for recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding that can be utilized consistently throughout the company
  • Evaluate current ATS/HRIS capabilities and recommend upgrades and improvements as necessary to ensure that the recruiting and onboarding process operates efficiently
  • Develop accurate posts to reflect updated position descriptions
  • Coordinate job offers and conduct background screenings necessary for employment
  • Provide feedback from market data regarding base pay and incentive structures for comparable positions and markets across the country
  • Build rapport with candidates and new hires
  • Assist with training and individual employee development planning

Basic Qualifications

  • 2+ years of recruiting experience in Construction field
  • 3+ years of experience with HRIS and/or Applicant Tracking Systems


Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent Certifications preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Organizational skills and keen attention to detail
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
  • Remains cognizant of industry trends and stays abreast of changes in best practices
  • Utilizes social media and advertising platforms to attract candidates
  • Prioritizes key responsibilities and designs work processes that maximize efficiency
  • Available for up to 20% travel
  • Willingly transfers knowledge to others to increase performance
  • Knowledge and ability to conduct behavioral based interviewing
  • Competent in reviewing and pre-screening resumes
  • Understanding of adverse action process
