Position Overview

The Sales Administrator is an inside salesperson that consults with prospects who have engaged with our marketing content or requested a sales conversation. This professional quickly responds to inquiries and identifies opportunities to create value, articulates a compelling business case for our solutions, and diligently follows through to close. 

As a critical member of the sales team, the Sales Administrator will be responsible for fielding all inbound leads and direct requests from clients. Lead sources include phone, email, chat, and ecommerce shopping cart. While the primary function is to route leads to other members of the sales team, the Sales Administrator will also close select sales opportunities.


Responsibilities

  • Systematically evaluate and prioritize incoming sales and account inquiries in order to positively impact business results
  • Answer questions regarding our services clearly and concisely via phone and written media
  • Quickly and effectively understand client needs
  • Close select sales opportunities


Qualifications

  • Ability to provide exceptionally attentive service in a fast-paced environment
  • Effectively multitask, manage time, and prioritize
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Strong computer literacy
  • Action-oriented individual who takes ownership and accountability of assigned work
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to self-diagnose and turn feedback into decisive action and continuous improvement
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent experience

Location and Hours

Open to a remote position for candidates located anywhere in the US except for New York or California, with travel required as necessary to meet business objectives. Local candidates near or willing to relocate to our Lancaster, PA headquarters are preferred.
