Now hiring for a 2nd shift Welder/Fabricator in the Lancaster, PA area! Mon-Thursday(3pm-1am) Fridays are overtime working (3pm-1am) Essential Job Functions: - Set-up and operation of welding machine -Welding -Grinding - Material handling using overhead crane and forklift In addition to the essential functions listed above, the employee is expected to exercise honesty, integrity and respect with all customers and co-workers, follow Company policies and procedures, maintain a professional demeanor and work ethic, demonstrate a positive attitude, communicate effectively with co-workers and customers, work with accuracy, efficiency, and attention to detail, respect the work environment and keep it as neat and clean as possible, and exercise initiative to learn new skills and tasks and to help co-workers when possible. The employee is also expected to perform such other duties and functions as required from time to time. - Helping to load trucks - General Labor Qualifications: A minimum of (1) year experience in industrial metal fabrication including GMAW and/or FCAW Machines/Tools/Equipment: - Personal protection equipment - Mig welder - Grinder - Basic hand tools - Basic power tools - Overhead cranes - Forklift About Aerotek: We know that a company's success starts with its employees.
