We take pride in providing professional, reliable service while maintaining a strong reputation with our customers. Position Overview We’re looking for a motivated and reliable Crew Member to join our team. This is a hands-on, customer-facing role where you’ll work alongside a crew leader to complete junk removal jobs efficiently and professionally. Responsibilities - Assist with loading and unloading items from homes, businesses, and job sites - Safely lift and move heavy items (furniture, appliances, debris, etc.) - Disassemble furniture and other items when needed - Provide excellent customer service on every job - Help maintain cleanliness and organization of the truck and equipment Requirements - Must be able to reliably commute to Frederick, MD - Ability to perform physical labor and heavy lifting daily - Strong work ethic and positive attitude - Comfortable working in a team environment - Good communication and customer service skills - Punctual and dependable What We Offer - Competitive hourly pay ($18–$21/hr based on experience) - Tips and performance-based bonuses - Consistent part-time hours (30–38/week) - Opportunity for growth as the company expands - Work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
