Job Description:

TransForce, a leader in CDL staffing and compliance services, is seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager / Driver to join our team. This dual role encompasses both strategic oversight of our warehouse operations and hands-on driving responsibilities. The ideal candidate will ensure optimal operation of our packaging warehouse while guaranteeing the safe and efficient delivery of products. By joining our team, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the high standards of safety and efficiency that TransForce upholds. Manage the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, including inventory control, order fulfillment, and shipping/receiving. Oversee and coordinate the activities of warehouse staff to ensure efficiency and safety in all operations. Develop and implement warehouse safety and organization strategies in compliance with company policies. Drive vehicles to different locations as per operational needs, ensuring all deliveries are made on schedule and documents are accurately maintained. Monitor and manage maintenance schedules for all warehouse machinery and vehicles. Conduct regular audits and quality checks to ensure integrity of inventory and adherence to quality standards. Prepare and present reports on warehouse productivity and logistics for senior management. Proven skills in logistics and warehouse management software, e.g., SAP WM, Oracle WMS Strong leadership and people management skills Excellent time management and organizational abilities Advanced knowledge of safety management and quality assurance in warehouse settings Proficient in driving and vehicle maintenance with a clean driving record Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) Certification in Logistics, Warehousing, or related field is a plus
