Job Description Job Description About the Role Zoologee is looking for a hands-on IT Systems & Support Specialist to help stabilize and evolve our IT environment as the business continues to grow. This is an on-site role working closely with our team and external IT partner to ensure reliable systems, fast issue resolution, and continuous improvement. What You’ll Do - Provide day-to-day IT support across office and warehouse environments - Troubleshoot hardware, software, and user access issues - Support and maintain business-critical systems, including ERP and other enterprise applications - Assist with server environment, including backups and basic administration - Support and troubleshoot multi-site network connectivity - Support Microsoft 365, user accounts, devices, and remote access (RDS/VPN) - Work with our external IT partner on escalations, infrastructure, and security-related topics - Coordinate and help drive system improvements, upgrades, and migrations in collaboration with external partners - Support specialized equipment such as printers, embroidery machines, and warehouse devices - Help improve processes and reduce recurring issues What We’re Looking For - 4–7 years of hands-on IT experience in a business environment - Strong troubleshooting capability across systems, network, and user environments - Experience supporting or working with business-critical / enterprise applications (ERP or similar) - Working knowledge of server environments, backups, and system reliability concepts - Familiarity with multi-site network environments and connectivity troubleshooting - Comfortable coordinating with external IT providers and taking ownership of internal IT priorities - Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, evolving environment - Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical users Nice to Have (Preferred) - Experience in warehouse, distribution, or operational environments - Exposure to ERP implementation or system rollouts - Experience supporting specialized or production-related equipment - Familiarity with RDS, VPN, and remote access environments Why Join Zoologee - Growing company with opportunity to make a real impact - Hands-on role with variety (not just ticket support) - Opportunity to be involved in system improvements and ERP initiatives Company Description We are a Plush Toy distribution company.
