Job Description:
Champions Do More At Automotive Technology Experts (ATE), we
understand the importance of providing fast and accurate vehicle
diagnostic scanning and calibration services. We service hundreds
of customers that rely on us to ensure that the repairs they have
completed are safe and that the vehicle will operate as the
manufacturer had intended. ATE was founded in 2019 to provide
technological and electrical repair expertise in the collision
industry that struggles to stay current with the rapidly changing
technology in vehicles. We employ technicians across the country.

advancement opportunities. JOB PURPOSE: The ATE Field Trainer plays
a crucial role in assessing and addressing the training needs
across various markets. This position ensures that ATE team members
are equipped with the knowledge and skills necessary to efficiently
perform their duties and deliver exceptional customer service. The
role involves developing and executing training plans (through
in-market mentors) to keep ATE team members updated on the latest
technology as well as training on existing resources. The trainer
will assign training, track completed sessions and effectively
showcase trainee and apprentice progress through LMS dashboards.
Responsibilities Support ATE in-market mentors and trainees with
training and van setup as needed. Including Facilitation of weekly
updates/progress calls, apprentice graduation approval, etc. Assign
training and maintain accurate records of all training activities
through the Learning Management System (LMS) or platforms provided.
Identify Training Needs in collaboration with ATE Field Leadership
and incorporate feedback. Conduct in-person and virtual training
sessions on: ATE Mobile Services, including ADAS Calibrations,
Diagnostics, Scanning, Connector/Wire Repair, Programming,
Relearns. ADAS tool training, including proper maintenance and
protection of tools Customer service processes, including effective
communication, documentation, and billing Productivity best
practices to meet operational goals Procedures for obtaining
technical support Other training topics as assigned Assist Training
Instructors and Content Specialist as needed Support ATE and Crash
Champions training initiatives as needed. Perform other duties as
assigned. Qualifications 5 years of automotive background servicing
and diagnosing automotive systems 2 years working as an ADAS
Calibration Technician, with advanced knowledge in ADAS and
electrical services, equipment/tooling, and procedures. 2 years of
training experience Strong proficiency in Outlook, Teams, and
Microsoft Office. Familiarity with industry standards, regulations,
and safety protocols related to ADAS technologies Strong
problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities Excellent
interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills Ability to
adapt training approaches to different audiences and learning
styles Proven training and instructional design skills, with the
ability to communicate complex concepts effectively Exude
professionalism and demonstrate passion for the industry and a
commitment to excellence. Must be able to perform all services
offered by ATE Willingness to travel locally and overnight 50-75%
of the time, depending on market needs; air travel required.
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs., stand for extended periods
in automotive shop environments. Valid driver's license required
